The service is intended to complement rather than duplicate the Croydon Council commissioned Adult Healthy Behaviours Service, which provides a universal lifestyle offer across the borough.\nThe service will contribute to reducing preventable morbidity and supporting residents to maintain independence by improving cardiometabolic health, reducing carer strain and addressing loneliness.
