CONTRACT SCOPE\nThe scope includes all activities necessary to provide a complete electricity supply service across the MOD portfolio in Northern Ireland.\nThe successful supplier will provide all services required from meter registration through to final invoicing.\nThe supplier shall assume full responsibility for management of all electricity supply accounts included within the contract.\n6. DOMESTIC ELECTRICITY SUPPLY REQUIREMENT\nDomestic supplies include:\n•\tService Family Accommodation\n•\tOther authorised MOD residential properties.\n8. METERING\nThe estate uses the following types of meters:\n•\tHalf-hourly meters\n•\tNon-half-hourly meters\n•\tDomestic meters\n•\tCommercial meters.\nActual portfolio data is included within the tender documentation.\n9. CONTRACT TERM\nThe proposed contract term is: 24 months initially with two option years (2+1+1).\nThe Authority reserves the right to exercise extension periods at its sole discretion.\n10. PRICING MECHANISM\nThe pricing model selected for this procurement is a variable price, cost-plus model.\n11.
