The successful Contractor(s) will be required to complete a combined total of 500 stock condition surveys by the end of March 2026 and a further 2,000 stock condition surveys each by the end of March 2027. As a result of this it is recommended that all interested parties are fully aware of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) 2023.\nContracted work may be located anywhere across Wrexham County Borough with all WCBC owned and / or managed buildings falling within the scope of this Contract.\nWCBC will endeavour to share the allocated work equally between the two successful Contractors to the best of its ability but does not guarantee that there will be an even split of work - see the tender documentation for further information. \nCurrently WCBC has a Housing portfolio of over 11,000 properties. The successful Contractor(s) will be required to complete a combined total of 500 stock condition surveys by the end of March 2026 and a further 2,000 stock condition surveys each by the end of March 2027.
