•\tPatients with low-risk post-operative issues to be managed by their optometrist
Hydroxychloroquine Screening
•\tAnnual screening of all Northamptonshire patients prescribed Hydroxychloroquine or Chloroquine and at risk of retinopathy.
•\tWhere appropriate, onward referral to HES including all diagnostic findings.
Stable Glaucoma Monitoring
•\tAnnual monitoring of a fixed cohort of patients diagnosed by the HES as low risk of contracting Glaucoma.
•\tWhere appropriate, onward referral to HES including all diagnostic findings.
The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years, commencing 1st August 2026.

"value": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
