(Phase Two). \nThe PSQ assessment will focus on criteria that are directly relevant and proportionate to the requirements of the contract, including economic and financial standing, technical and professional capability, and relevant experience. Responses will be evaluated against pre-defined selection criteria to ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent assessment of all suppliers.\nThe purpose of the PSQ evaluation is to pre-qualify interested prospective bidders via an evaluation and shortlisting process, for the Invitation to Tender (ITT) Stage. Responses will be evaluated against pre-defined selection criteria to ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent assessment of all suppliers.\nThe purpose of the PSQ evaluation is to pre-qualify interested prospective bidders via an evaluation and shortlisting process, for the Invitation to Tender (ITT) Stage.
