For the purposes of this shortlisting stage bidders should assume that the ITT will include, but is not be limited to;\n•\tstrategic advice and direction to the Trust regarding ICT\n•\ta 42 week core service, incorporating on-site staff/visits as necessary \n•\t24/365 service desk \n•\tlocal staffing that bidders deem necessary to deliver the SLA\n•\tresponsibility for design, specification, installation, and management of all ICT infrastructure\n•\tBackup provision and management. The Trust has an ambition to move to a serverless solution, but until then backup will need to cater for local backups as well as backing up the cloud services. \n•\tsupply of goods and services based
