Description
Bromford Flagship is seeking suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to deliver a range of cleaning-related services across our operational geography. The tender is split into three lots:
Lot 1: Communal Area and Communal Window Cleaning
Lot 2: Clearance and Environmental Cleaning Services
Lot 3: Office Cleaning (including window cleaning at two locations)
This opportunity is open to SMEs and larger providers alike. Suppliers may bid for one or more Lots. The contract(s) will support Bromford's long-term strategic priorities, customer satisfaction, and compliance obligations.

Lot 1. Communal Area and Communal Window Cleaning
Description
Routine cleaning of communal areas within residential buildings, including internal and external window cleaning. Services are delivered to a defined schedule and must meet Bromford's cleaning standards across a range of building types and customer environments.
Lot 2. Clearance & Cleaning Services (Inc. Specialist Work)
Description
Responsive clearance and cleaning services including void clearances, fly-tipping, biohazard and sharps removal, and other reactive environmental cleans. Works vary in scale and complexity and must be delivered across Bromford's geography.
Lot 3. Office Cleaning Services
Description
Scheduled internal cleaning services for Bromford's main office sites. Services include general cleaning of floors, desks, kitchens, bathrooms, and meeting rooms. Bidders must be able to deliver high standards in customer-facing office environments.
