The Framework Agreement will define clear performance standards to support reliable operational and clinical needs.

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to support the delivery of activities outlined below. This Framework Agreement will include, however, will not be limited to:
- Maintenance, inspection, and servicing of Macerator Maintenance.
- Implement a structured maintenance (PPM) program:
- Allocate resources for ongoing inspections, servicing, and repairs:
- Maintain compliance with warranties, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards; and
- Monitor performance metrics.
