Description
The City of London Corporation (the ‘City’) is carrying out Preliminary Market Engagement (‘PME’) in relation to the provision of a principal contractor for the Guildhall School of Music & Drama cyclical works programme 2025 - 2030.
This exercise will provide an opportunity for the City to obtain insight into how participants might approach the delivery of the works in question. It will also give a useful early insight into the likely level of interest in the proposed project from that market.
Please note that this is not a call for competition.

Engagement process description
The PME is being conducted via the electronic tendering system ‘City of London Corporation Sourcing & Contracts Portal’ (url:www.cityoflondon.ukp.app.jaggaer.com).
To access the PME documentation, please register on the system for free and search ‘GSMD CWP 2025 - 2030 Principal Contractor’.
Organisations should submit their completed PME document via the system by the return deadline of 17:00 on 07/11/2025 to participate.
PME document submissions cannot be uploaded after the return deadline.
