To help define and develop our national procurement strategy and to assist with the development of our service specification to meet the needs of NHS organisations and the wider public sector, NHS SBS are engaging with potential suppliers (as part of preliminary market engagement) prior to the release of a Tender Notice on the Find a Tender website.

Lot 2 - Public sector and healthcare: £2.5m - £5m (12 regions)

Lot 3 - Public sector: £5m - £15m (12 regions)

Lot 4 - Public sector: £15m - £35m (national)

Lot 5 - Public sector: £35m+ (national)

Companies wishing to participate in the preliminary market engagement should complete the Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire (PMEQ) by the following deadline: 12pm on Thursday 13th November 2025.

https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/23475396

The aim of the PMEQ is to notify the market of NHS SBS's future plans, gauge interest in the opportunity from the market, and understand how it should be structured to provide a best in class offer.
