The Violence against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (Wales) Act 2015, seeks to bring about an improved public sector response to violence against women, gender-based violence, domestic abuse, and sexual violence in responses to the Act North Wales is working together and developed The North Wales Vulnerability and Exploitation Board. To assist the Strategic Board in its commitments within the strategy a Commissioning Decision-making group and a Needs and Research workstream has been developed to ensure that all victims have equal access to appropriately resourced, high quality, needs-led, strength-based, inter-sectional, and responsive services and that funding relating to VAWDASV is allocated according to needs and all commissioning decisions are fair and transparent.
