NIE Networks seek to appoint a suitably experience organisation onto a framework for the provision of Postal and Courier Services. The framework covers a requirement for a supplier to provide post collection and delivery services across 11 strategic locations throughout Northern Ireland.
Details on the requirements are detailed in the scope of Services (Appendix 1).
This is a Framework Agreement and any values provided are estimated quantities only. The actual spend within the framework Agreement, shall be entirely dependent on the works instructed by NIE Networks during the Framework Agreement Period. NIE Networks cannot guarantee the quantity or continuity of services to be instructed under this framework agreement.
The Contracting Entity estimates that the total spend under the Framework Agreement, based on current requirements, is anticipated to be between £1.5 - £1.8m.
This competition is for Postal and Courier Services which falls under the Light Touch regime rules. Therefore, the procedure to be followed for this procurement competition will be an open procedure with negotiation. Please refer to the tender documents for further details on the Procurement Process to be applied and the Award Criteria.
