The Welsh Risk Pool is looking to procure a library of patient information documents which are regularly updated and detail the current procedures or treatments available within Wales. The following summarises the main elements of the requirement-

A web based, cloud storage, hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that is accessible 24 hours per day 365 days per year by simultaneous users through the provision of an online portal accessible by various devices.

The library of patient information documents must be provided in a bilingual format (English/Welsh) and the supplier should be able to translate documentation into other languages as required.

The supplier must be able to provide legal indemnity when providing patient information documents and maintain version control and access to legacy documentation that has been superseded.
