This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Light Touch Regime. The London Borough of Harrow is seeking expressions of interest from relevant organisations for the deliver a Care and Wellbeing Service for the Extra Care Housing Scheme Eastman Village. The contract is for 36 months with an optional extension clause of 24 months in periods at the discretion of the Council.

The service will consist of 60 units (2 x 2 bed, 58 x 1 bed (6 of which are suitable for wheelchairs)) for Harrow citizens aged 55 and over with frailty, physical and/or sensory disabilities and/or mild-moderate learning disabilities and/or enduring mental health needs who have been assessed as meeting the National Eligibility Criteria (Care Act, 2014) and who are either ordinarily resident within the London Borough of Harrow or are the responsibility of Harrow London Borough Council (the 'Council') for supporting their social care needs and who live in an Extra Care Housing Scheme.
