Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company (NITHC) is seeking to appoint a Real Estate Agent to advise on the letting of commercial units (retail/food and beverage) at the newly developed Belfast Grand Central Station. When open, the development will include 8 rail platforms, 18 of 26 bus stands in Q3 2024. The remaining five bus stands open in Q2 2025. Shutters and shop front will be provided by Translink - fit out for the units would be by the occupier. Electricity is sub metered and charged at cost by Translink to the unit occupier. Units will be ready for handover in Q1 2024. It is essential that these units should be operational when the station first opens for passenger services. Your response must be submitted via the relevant Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal. Instructions on how to submit your response can be found within the Interactive Walkthrough on the eTendersNI Homepage. No other method of submission will be accepted.
