The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), as the contracting Authority, is tendering for the supply and delivery throughout the United Kingdom of the following goods:

Lot 1 - First Aid Consumables, Emergency Life Support and Training Equipment;

Lot 2 - Pharmaceuticals and

Lot 3 - Compressed Medical Gases

MOPAC is seeking to set up a supply framework with a suitably capable supplier(s) to provide the above goods and services for a term of 48 months. Authorities eligible to call off from this framework include the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), elected local policing bodies, other police authorities for UK police forces and the Fire and Rescue Service.

The estimated total contract value for the MOPAC requirement is £8,000,000 excluding VAT and is divided into the following Lots:

Lot 1. - First Aid Consumables, Emergency Life Support and Training Equipment - Estimated spend of £6,200,000 ex VAT;

Lot 2. - Pharmaceuticals - Estimated spend of £800,000 ex VAT; and

Lot 3. - Compressed Medical Gases - Estimated spend of £1,000,000 ex VAT.

The total contract value including other eligible forces is £10,000,000 ex VAT.
