As evidence of KCS/KCC’s commitment to open, competitive tendering, Cantium Business Solutions (a wholly owned subsidiary of KCC), will compete for a position on the Framework Agreement. It should be noted that KCS Professional Services are independent and operate separately from Cantium Business Solutions and will follow protocols as detailed in this ITT for evaluating and scoring submitted Tenders.
