MHS Homes Group (MHS) are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced heating maintenance and installation contractor to work in partnership with the organisation to lead and manage ;
• A planned programme of domestic heating system servicing and inclusive maintenance including water hygiene
• A planned programme of heating system replacement works
• Ad-hoc heating replacement works
• A planned programme of commercial heating systems servicing and inclusive maintenance including water hygiene
• Responsive repairs to domestic and commercial heating systems
Additionally, MHS is seeking to work in partnership with the successful Bidder to explore and implement an effective strategy which de-carbonises the existing portfolio, embraces new heating technology, eliminates reliance on traditional gas fuel and ensures that all MHS properties reach an EPC C standard by 2030.
