Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

There would be difficulties of changing contractors at this stage of Games planning and delivery of the Original Contract and the need for any additional supplies and services to integrate with the supplies and services provided to date by Cornerstone GRG Limited. Re-procurement timescales are prohibitive - Onboarding of a new supplier could lead to significant delays in the delivery of the supplies and services which would have a negative impact on the overall Games.
