The works are to design, supply, install, test and commission a new 275/132kV 480MVA SGT1 Transformer Bay connected to the reserve (NGU2-LNG2) 275kV busbar, including modification/replacement of the existing SGT1 bund. Relocation of the existing 275kV SGT2 disconnector combined with earth switch (H27), currently connected to the reserve (NGU2-LNG2) 275kV busbar, to the main (NGU1-DNG1) 275kV busbar, a new 132kV bus-section bay, including new 275kV line bay equipment on the existing Dounreay (NGU1/2), Loch Buidhe (LNG2) and Gordonbush (DNG1) feeders, including the decommissioning of the existing power line carrier equipment, including line traps and coupling capacitor at Connagill 275/132kV Substation.
