The contract would include, but not limited to, managing the customer journey from referral onwards, identifying eligible households, identifying measures which are suitable for the dwelling following a whole house assessment, installing the measures, arranging post installation inspection, ensuring customers have maintenance packs and providing putting in place a service warranty.
