All personnel undertaking the service comprising this contract must be fully trained, competent and experienced and in full compliance; as stated below:

Details of conditions relevant to the proposed Contract and purchase orders to be issued thereunder (to the extent known/settled

of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be used to manage the purchase orders and performance. These are detailed in the Key Performance Indicators table contained in the Electrical Inspection Supplementary Conditions of Contract at the section headed ‘Monitoring of Progress’ clause 37.4. Dumfries and Galloway will require the members of any tendering group of entities (including but not limited to consortium members, members of a group of economic operators) to be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract (no matter the legal form taken by those entities in order to enter into the contract).
